YOU GUYS. This is the longest I’ve stuck with Whole30 in ages, AND the longest I’ve EVER kept a food blog. I knew paying for a domain for a year would be good incentive for me, haha. 😛
I did my grocery shopping without a list today, because when I got home from church I was too lazy to go upstairs and get it 😛 So I made my way over to Wal Mart and tried to remember the meals I had planned… Mexican baked potatoes √ “Brekkie” (my regular breakfast of protein, vegetable, and fruit) √, Buffalo Chicken Salad with lettuce wraps √ Nom Nom Paleo’s famous Kalua Pig √…. but what else?
I got inspired in the meat department when I found some beef short ribs. I vaguely remembered a recipe for Whole30 Korean Short Ribs, and, figuring that I probably had most of the ingredients, I picked them up. I got home and searched for recipes, and it looks like it’s going to be a Nom Nom Paleo kind of week, because she has a recipe for Korean Short Ribs that looks great (and I have all the ingredients, except cilantro. Because ew, cilantro.). So that’ll make an appearance at some point this week.
Also, I really want this Hawaiian Mesquite Smoked Sea Salt, because I have a hard time distinguishing between a “want” and a “need” lol.
