Only 7 days until I’m done with my 3rd Whole30 (and the first of six for my half-year Whole30)! I have to say it’s mostly been pretty smooth sailing, though I did have a big, emotional blow-up with the manfriend last night. That may have partially been to hormones/moods adjusting, I think. And partially because he’s an idiot. 🙂
I need to use up leftovers, so I think it’s going to be leftover porkchop from last week, along with a cup of Loaded Baked Potato Soup for lunch. And then tonight… Korean short ribs? Kalua Pork? The world is my oyster.
Edit: Due to planning fail, had the pork for breakfast, along with some green beans and berries. Delish.
