Recipe | Curry Chicken

I did a lot of grilling over the summer, and at some point I tried my hand at chicken curry.  This was some of the moistest chicken I’ve ever had – absolutely delicious.


I recently made a few different types of chicken wings for my birthday (I will not be saying which birthday that was!), and I thought I’d try the marinade on some wings.  They were also awesome!

Yeah, these were good.

You will need:

  • 1C full-fat coconut milk
  • 2T dried basil
  • 1.5T curry powder
  • 1t chili powder
  • salt & pepper to taste

You need to:

  1. Combine!
  2. Marinate for at least 4 hours.
  3. Cook chicken as normal (grill, broil, etc.)
