Recipe | Vietnamese Pork Ribs

I know I say this about most everything I make – but these were really good!

You will need:

  • 3T minced lemongrass
  • 3 minced garlic cloves (abt 1.5t)
  • 1/2t ground ginger
  • good squirt of lime juice (about 1T)
  • 2t sea salt
  • 1T fish sauce
  • 1T orange juice

You will need to:

  1. Combine the ingredients in a bowl, and marinate ribs minimum 4 hours (I did mine overnight).
  2. Grill as usual, or throw in oven for 2 hours at 275, then broil to caramelize.

So good!  This marinade is very similar to the marinade for my shrimp, and would also work for chicken and maybe even beef.
